You may lose everything
DGAF is a speculative meme cryptoasset. Only interact with it if you understand that the value can fall to zero and that you may lose all money used to acquire it.
Limited regulatory protection
You should not expect protection from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service if something goes wrong. Cryptoasset transactions may sit outside protections that apply to regulated savings or investment products.
Price and volatility risk
Meme-coin prices can change rapidly because of limited liquidity, concentrated holdings, online sentiment, market conditions and speculative trading. A displayed price may not be the price you receive.
Liquidity and exit risk
You may be unable to sell the amount you want, at the time you want, or at an acceptable price. Slippage and price impact can be substantial, particularly for large trades relative to the pool.
Technology and smart-contract risk
Smart contracts, liquidity positions, decentralised exchanges, bridges, wallets, websites, RPC services and blockchain networks can contain bugs, become unavailable or behave unexpectedly. Successful past transactions do not prove that code is audited or risk-free.
Wallet, scam and approval risk
- Lost recovery phrases or private keys can permanently remove access.
- Malicious approvals can allow assets to be transferred.
- Fake tokens, websites, support accounts and contract addresses can imitate the project.
- Transactions sent to the wrong address or network may be irreversible.
Admins will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key or wallet password.
Bridge and network risk
Moving assets between networks adds bridge, delay, fee and destination-network risk. ETH on Ethereum Mainnet is not automatically the same balance as ETH available on Robinhood Chain.
Concentration and governance risk
Ownership may be concentrated among a small number of wallets. Public wallet addresses do not necessarily reveal whether multiple wallets are controlled by the same person. DGAF does not provide conventional shareholder rights or a claim over project assets.
Tax and legal risk
Buying, selling, receiving or transferring cryptoassets can create tax, reporting or legal consequences. Rules differ by jurisdiction and can change. Obtain independent professional advice where needed.
Financial-promotion position
Risk wording does not by itself make a cryptoasset promotion lawful. Communications aimed at UK consumers may be subject to the UK financial-promotion regime and may require an authorised route and additional consumer protections.
No affiliation
Perry DGAF is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood, Elon Musk or SpaceX. References to Mars, rockets or Elon Musk are fictional humour and brand storytelling, not evidence of a partnership.
